We at Myny Wellness Store strive to provide high-quality health and wellness products. Due to the nature of our powdered food products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or expired
- You received the wrong item.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of taste, change of mind, or minor packaging variations.
2. Return Request Timeline
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
3. Required Proof
To process your return, we require clear photographic evidence showing:
- The condition of the product and packaging
- The batch number and MRP label (if visible)
- The damage or defect clearly

4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
If your payment was via COD, we will initiate the refund via UPI or bank transfer after verifying your account details.
5. No Return Conditions
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without approval or without evidence
- Requests beyond the 48-hour window
- Dislike of taste, texture, or natural color variations
6. Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. Only refunds are available for eligible cases.
